What size do I need?
Fold a piece of paper, bite down gently, and measure the length of the bite mark.
Can I wear them with braces or dental work?
No. Don't wear them over braces or any metal — they may not fit properly and could damage existing dental work.
Are they comfortable?
They're made to fit most adult mouths comfortably once moulded. Some people need a short adjustment period, and anyone with heightened sensitivity may notice mild discomfort.
What are they made of?
