Faxing Your Bite Mark

This is an excellent way to be certain you get the right size Dr. Bukk teef. Particularly if you have a protruding tooth, because we will make adjustments to accomodate you.

First, bite into a piece of styrofoam. Then, use a pen to darken the dents your upper teeth made. Place the styrofoam on a copy machine with the lid down and make a copy. Voilá! You have a faxable bite mark. Fax to 800-507-8333
